Refund policy

All EKPRINTZUK garments are made to order. Because each item is produced specifically for the customer, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect size selection, or unwanted items.

If your item arrives damaged, faulty, incorrectly printed, or with a manufacturing defect, please contact us as soon as possible after delivery with your order number and clear photographs of the issue.

Once the issue has been reviewed, we will arrange an appropriate replacement or refund where required.

Items that have been worn, washed, altered, or damaged after delivery cannot be accepted.

This policy does not affect your statutory rights.
