Shipping policy

All EKPRINTZUK garments are made to order and require processing before dispatch.

Orders are sent using a tracked UK delivery service.

Free UK delivery is available on orders over £40.

Delivery times shown at checkout begin after your order has been prepared and dispatched.

Once your order has been shipped, tracking information will be provided where available.

Delivery times may vary during busy periods, promotional periods, or due to circumstances outside our control.

For Contact information, add your support email and say customers should include their order number when contacting you.

For Terms of service, Shopify normally has a template generator you can use as a starting point. I would use Shopify’s generated template and then review it rather than writing that one from scratch.

The one thing I’d be careful with is the “no returns” wording. In the UK, made-to-order/personalised goods can be exempt from the normal change-of-mind cancellation right in some situations, but faulty goods still carry statutory protections. So keeping the line “This policy does not affect your statutory rights” is important.
